Engagement process

A clear path from first brief to a trend view your desk leads can own — shaped for support floors that already run busy shifts.

Every full Support Desk Trend Dashboard Commission follows the same spine. Assessments, handover briefs, and workshops borrow the early steps and stop at the deliverable you booked.

  1. Brief intake. You describe queues, channels, and the decisions a morning view must support. We confirm data access and anonymisation needs.
  2. Metric workshop. Desk leads agree definitions for volume, backlog age, first-contact resolution, handle time, and SLA breach rate in scope.
  3. Draft trend view. We present layout and reading guide against your sample weeks, then take two revision rounds.
  4. Handover. Your named owners practice updating and reading the view. We leave a short clarifying window after delivery.
