Client stories

Evidence from desks that commissioned trend views, assessments, handover briefs, or workshops — including the constraints that shaped the work.

They spent two mornings with our chat and email leads before drawing a single chart. The volume curve finally matched what the floor felt during Songkran peaks — though the first draft still buried backlog age too deep on the page.

The queue assessment stopped us from commissioning a dashboard for a low-volume VIP line that looked important on paper. We put that budget into the retail chat queue instead.

Anuwat T., Customer care lead, regional retailer — Queue Pattern Assessment

Our night-to-day handover used to be three Slack messages and a shrug. The one-page brief is short enough that captains actually fill the backlog age and open escalations before they leave.

The workshop used our own anonymised weekly figures. New team captains stopped treating every Monday spike as a staffing failure.

Extended engagements

Two floors where the brief, the constraint, and the outcome are specific enough to learn from.

Retail chat desk, Greater Bangkok

A four-queue chat operation asked for a single morning trend view after monthly reports arrived too late for staffing tweaks.

We commissioned a support desk trend dashboard covering chat volume, abandonment-adjacent wait signals from their existing extracts, backlog age bands, and SLA breach rate by queue. Discovery showed the VIP queue consumed report time without moving weekly decisions. The final pack centred on the two retail queues, with a thin VIP strip for awareness only. After handover, the ops manager used the Tuesday curve to shift two agents earlier in the day rather than adding Saturday overtime.

Banking email unit, Samut Prakan

An email unit with heavy morning arrivals needed a handover brief before investing in a full dashboard.

We designed a shift handover brief focused on aged threads, open escalations, and channel bleed from chat overflow. After a two-week pilot, captains reported fewer missed morning callbacks. A full trend dashboard commission followed three months later once the brief proved the team would keep feeding numbers.
